Using video conferencing, email and other online communication platforms, we deliver virtual programs that are unique and applicable to your individual experience.
The structure of our work together is flexible. It first starts with an initial consult with a peer support worker to gather intake details, assess needs, and determine next steps.
You decide on the level and type of care you need. Our packages range from 12 – 24 sessions. You meet with each counsellor at least once (peer support, therapeutic counsellor, dietitian). Then, you determine how you want to divide up future sessions up based on counselling modality.

Virtual services are available for anyone living in Canada. However, being that our offices are located in Whitby, Ontario, we do offer in-person services to those living in Durham Region and/or the Greater Toronto Area.
